TousetheServiceUsersmayregisterorcreateaUseraccount,providingallrequireddataor

informationinacompleteandtruthfulmanner.

UsersmayalsousetheServicewithoutregisteringorcreatingaUseraccount,however,thismay

causelimitedavailabilityofcertainfeaturesorfunctions.

Usersareresponsibleforkeepingtheirlogincredentialsconfidentialandsafe.Forthisreason,

Usersarealsorequiredtochoosepasswordsthatmeetthehigheststandardsofstrength

Accounttermination



UserscanterminatetheiraccountandstopusingtheServiceatanytimebydoingthefollowing:

Accountsuspensionanddeletion



TheOwnerreservestherighttosuspendorterminatetheUser'saccountatanytimeand

withoutnotice,attheOwner'ssolediscretion,inthesecases:

UserhasviolatedtheseTerms;and/or

•

User'saccessoruseofthisApplicationmaycauseinjurytotheOwner,otherUsersorthird

parties;and/or

•

theuseofthisApplicationbytheUsermaycauseviolationoflaworregulations;and/or

•

incaseofaninvestigationbylegalactionorgovernmentalinvolvement;and/or

•

theaccountoritsuseisdeemedtobe,attheOwner

ssolediscretioninappropriateor

offensiveorinviolationoftheseTerms.

ThesuspensionordeletionofUseraccountsshallnotentitleUserstoanyclaimsfor

compensation,damagesorreimbursement.

ThesuspensionordeletionofaccountsduetocausesattributabletotheUserdoesnotexempt

theUserfrompayinganyapplicablefeesorprices.

ContentonthisApplication



Unlesswhereotherwisespecifiedorclearlyrecognizable,allcontentavailableonthis

ApplicationisownedorprovidedbytheOwneroritslicensors.

TheOwnerundertakesitsutmostefforttoensurethatthecontentprovidedonthisApplication

infringesnoapplicablelegalprovisionsorthird-partyrights.However,itmaynotalwaysbe

possibletoachievesucharesult.

Insuchcases,withoutprejudicetoanylegalprerogativesofUserstoenforcetheirrights,Users

arekindlyaskedtopreferablyreportrelatedcomplaintsusingthecontactdetailsprovidedin
