TheOwnerreservestherighttosuspendorterminatetheUser'saccountatanytimeand

User'saccessoruseofthisApplicationmaycauseinjurytotheOwner,otherUsersorthird

incaseofaninvestigationbylegalactionorgovernmentalinvolvement;and/or

theaccountoritsuseisdeemedtobe,attheOwner

Unlesswhereotherwisespecifiedorclearlyrecognizable,allcontentavailableonthis

ApplicationisownedorprovidedbytheOwneroritslicensors.

TheOwnerundertakesitsutmostefforttoensurethatthecontentprovidedonthisApplication

infringesnoapplicablelegalprovisionsorthird-partyrights.However,itmaynotalwaysbe

possibletoachievesucharesult.

Insuchcases,withoutprejudicetoanylegalprerogativesofUserstoenforcetheirrights,Users

strictliability,oranyotherbasis,evenifcompanyhasbeenadvisedofthepossibilityof

suchdamage.

Somejurisdictionsdonotallowtheexclusionorlimitationofincidentalorconsequential

damages,thereforetheabovelimitationsorexclusionsmaynotapplytoUser.Theterms

giveUserspecificlegalrights,andUsermayalsohaveotherrightswhichvaryfrom

sfailuretoassertanyrightorprovisionundertheseTermsshallnotconstitutea

waiverofanysuchrightorprovision.Nowaivershallbeconsideredafurtherorcontinuing

waiverofsuchtermoranyotherterm.

Serviceinterruption



Toensurethebestpossibleservicelevel,theOwnerreservestherighttointerrupttheService

formaintenance,systemupdatesoranyotherchanges,informingtheUsersappropriately.

Withinthelimitsoflaw,theOwnermayalsodecidetosuspendordiscontinuetheService

altogether.IftheServiceisdiscontinued,theOwnerwillcooperatewithUserstoenablethemto

withdrawPersonalDataorinformationandwillrespectUsers'rightsrelatingtocontinued

productuseand/orcompensation,asprovidedforbyapplicablelaw.

Additionally,theServicemightnotbeavailableduetoreasonsoutsidetheOwner

Servicereselling



Usersmaynotreproduce,duplicate,copy,sell,resellorexploitanyportionofthisApplication

andofitsServicewithouttheOwner

orthroughalegitimateresellingprogramme.

Privacypolicy



Forinformationabouttheuseoftheirpersonaldata,Usersmustrefertotheprivacypolicyof

thisApplicationwhichisherebydeclaredtobepartoftheseTerms.

Intellectualpropertyrights



WithoutprejudicetoanymorespecificprovisionoftheseTerms,anyintellectualpropertyrights,

ChangestotheseTerms



TheOwnerreservestherighttoamendorotherwisemodifytheseTermsatanytime.Insuch

cases,theOwnerwillappropriatelyinformtheUserofthesechanges.

SuchchangeswillonlyaffecttherelationshipwiththeUserfromthedatecommunicatedto

Usersonwards.

ThecontinueduseoftheServicewillsignifytheUser

Usersdonotwishtobeboundbythechanges,theymuststopusingtheServiceandmay

terminatetheAgreement.

Assignmentofcontract



TheOwnerreservestherighttotransfer,assign,disposeofbynovation,orsubcontractanyorall

rightsorobligationsundertheseTerms,takingtheUser

ProvisionsregardingchangesoftheseTermswillapplyaccordingly.

UsersmaynotassignortransfertheirrightsorobligationsundertheseTermsinanyway,

Severability



EUUsers



ShouldanyprovisionoftheseTermsbeorbedeemedvoid,invalidorunenforceable,theparties

shalldotheirbesttofind,inanamicableway,anagreementonvalidandenforceableprovisions

therebysubstitutingthevoid,invalidorunenforceableparts.

Incaseoffailuretodoso,thevoid,invalidorunenforceableprovisionsshallbereplacedbythe

applicablestatutoryprovisions,ifsopermittedorstatedundertheapplicablelaw.

Withoutprejudicetotheabove,thenullity,invalidityortheimpossibilitytoenforceaparticular

provisionoftheseTermsshallnotnullifytheentireAgreement,unlesstheseveredprovisions

intothecontractiftheyhadknownthattheprovisionwouldnotbevalid,orincaseswherethe

TheseTermsaregovernedbythelawoftheplacewheretheOwnerisbased,asdisclosedinthe

relevantsectionofthisdocument,withoutregardtoconflictoflawsprinciples.

Prevalenceofnationallaw

However,regardlessoftheabove,ifthelawofthecountrythattheUserislocatedinprovides

forahigherapplicableconsumerprotectionstandard,suchhigherstandardsshallprevail.

Theexclusivecompetencetodecideonanycontroversyresultingfromorconnectedtothese

TermslieswiththecourtsoftheplacewheretheOwnerisbased,asdisplayedintherelevant

TheabovedoesnotapplytoanyUsersthatqualifyasEuropeanConsumers,nortoConsumers
